Shanghai Da Yi Electrical Machinery Co. Ltd. was established in 1997. For the first 15 years the company engaged in the manufacturing of wire and cable equipment. In 2012 the company expanded in to automotive parts manufacturing, specializing in the production and machining parts for various types of automotive air conditioning assembly lines and automotive cable connection.

As a Tier-2 supplier of the automotive industry, Da Yi is supplying many OEMs (original equipment manufacturer) and our products are mainly exported to Europe & America. We also supply OEMs in China. The following car manufacturers are using our products in their news cars:- Volvo, Volkswagen, BMW, Audi, Jaguar Land Rover, Porsche, GM, Renault and Mercedes.

After many years of development, and expansion Da Yi has 66 employees with more than 60 sets of CNC/NC Machines working with three coordinated measuring machines and other testing equipment. Da Yi produces 50,000 plus qualified parts on a daily basis with a yearly capacity of 20 million parts and growing.

Our manufacturing complex is located 50km South of Shanghai centre. The company is adjacent to Yangshan Port & Shanghai Pudong International Airport. Traffic and logistics are both convenient.

For corporate governance, by using IT technology as a tool, we deploy the bar code management system, investing in advanced and efficient machines to develop and optimize the process. These activities help us continuously increase efficiencies in our production.

For quality management we are complying with ISO9001:2015, IATF 16949:2016, ISO14001:2015 quality management system and have accredited up to date certifications.
